Automotive Body Repairer – Internal Fleet
We are looking for a skilled Automotive Body Repairer to join our team and take care of our internal vehicle fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining the body and frame of our company vehicles to ensure they are safe, functional, and looking professional.
This is not a customer-facing position—instead, you'll focus on keeping our fleet in top condition by handling collision repairs, dent removal, body panel replacements, paint touch-ups, and other cosmetic and structural work. The ideal candidate has strong experience in auto body repair, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform body repairs on company fleet vehicles, including dent removal, frame straightening, and panel replacements
- Conduct inspections to identify damage and needed repairs
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicles as needed
- Maintain repair records and report on vehicle status
- Coordinate with fleet management to prioritize repair schedules
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive body repair required
- Knowledge of welding, frame machines, and paint systems
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
